CONFIRMATION

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

PAYMENT

PAYAMBA accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Paypal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. Payments are handled by Shopify, Epay and Paypal. All information is sent securely to Shopify, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information.

PAYAMBA, Shopify and Paypal does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

All prices include Danish VAT. PAYAMBA reserves the right to change prices at any time. On PAYAMBA prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK).

SHIPPING

PAYAMBA always offer a free shipping choice on all orders – get further information on our shipping page.

PAYAMBA sends packages with Post Denmark to customers in Denmark. PAYAMBA sends all packages to international customers with Post Danmark. With Post Danmark the packages are send with A-postage service, door-to-door service or post office service. Please notice that there is no tracking on Post Danmark A-postage service, but PAYAMBA will cover all costs (Customer is refunded or goods replaced), if the package does not reach its destination.

Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from PAYAMBA.

Shipping times for regular service outside of Denmark are 3-25 business days, and as a regular service inside Denmark 1-5 days. PAYAMBA accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU.

RETURNS

Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. Please read a detailed guide on how to return your products.

All packages are shipped in a reusable envelope, which can be used for returns. The product must be returned in original packaging, but may be used. PAYAMBA have the right to value and deduct any value decreases in the returned product that has been caused by usage that is not possible in a physical store. PAYAMBA refunds the total value of your order (including shipping) and your cost from returning the products. As a customer you do not face any cost when returning your PAYAMBA product, which is a part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee. For more info please go to our 100% satisfaction guarantee page.

All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by PAYAMBA. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by PAYAMBA

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once the returned product is received by PAYAMBA, the items(s) are refunded including outgoing shipping cost. WARRANTY

All products from PAYAMBA come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at CONTACT@PAYAMBA.COM.

PAYAMBA treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.

COOKIES

FORCE MEJEURE:

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.
